Choosing an exotic animal
Texas Exotic Animals is a small local exotic animal breeder in Franklin
County in Northeast Texas. My name is Pam and I specialize in
breeding unusual kinds of pets. This is a lifelong passion of mine that I
have pursued as a hobby for as long as I can remember. I have worked
as a volunteer for different exotic ranches, herpetological societies,
and wildlife rescues in the past. I have decided to concentrate my
efforts on exotic pet breeding. I specialize in small, more companion
type pets for loving homes. I keep my operation small so I can assure
that every baby receives proper socialization and loving care by me
personally. This goes beyond "hand feeding." Our babies are handled
and interacted with constantly so that they are accustomed to, and
often desire, human interaction. My babies are my passion in life.
Tending and nurturing them is something I look forward to every day. I
have a variety of interests and that will reflect what I raise for you.
Please take a look at our care sheets and make sure, before
purchasing any pet, that you do your research and choose one that
can adapt to your lifestyle, and that you can adapt to theirs.

If you are looking for a unique pet you have come to the
right place. If you are looking for an obedient, well trained
companion that will follow you around, jump at your every
command, and constantly seek your approval you should
consider getting a dog because, if you are honest with
yourself, you are not looking for the qualities you will find in
most exotic animals. Raising most kinds of exotics can be
challenging, but very rewarding. If you have to ask why,
you might be at the wrong website. Exotic animals are
special and sometimes their requirements and diets are
different and require more thought than running to the store
for a can of food and walking on a leash. Please keep these
things in mind as you consider adding an exotic animal to
your family.
